The system requires Windows XP or Vista, or Mac OS X Adobe Acrobat Pro.
The ICM portal is compatible with all modern browsers. Minimum version requirements include:

  • Internet Explorer Version 6
  • Mozilla Firefox Version 1.5
  • Apple Safari Version 3
  • Opera Version 9

The first step you'll need to make is to speak with ICM to determine which solution will best fit your organisation’s needs. Once you've made the decision to partner with ICM and have finalised any custom solution specifications, ICM’s implementation department will work with you to gather the information needed to launch your solution.

ICM’s implementation team will arrange training for your team members and assist you with the initial set-up of your solution. Implementation will help to get you started using the software to design user-customisable templates and post these assets for use.

Customer support is available to assist and train end users as well as system administrators, designers and technical staff, to help ensure a successful and smooth implementation of a new solution. ICM also provides ongoing technical support via phone, email and live chat through access to ICM’s online support portal five days a week.
