The ICM Communicate portal combines PDF customisation and/or email marketing automation in one, easy-to-use interface to improve brand compliance, eliminate repetition, increase speed-to-market, engage stakeholders and provide a measurable return on investment.

As an example, you may create a promotion in the form of a PDF and an HTML document, which you post to your relevant accounts. These accounts may be regional offices, distributors, franchisees or sales staff. The system recognises each account as they login, and personalises the PDF or HTML. This leaves them to simply modify the salient points, such as price fields, which you’ve allowed them to do. They then either print out the document, or link it to their contacts list and send it as an email.

Emails can be linked to product files, online order pads and e-procurement systems to capture immediate sales.

You get access to a reporting suite, which shows you how many PDF downloads there have been and by whom, how many emails were sent and by whom, how many emails were opened, how many links were clicked, where order pads were used and how many products were purchased.
